Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love every piece you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (if applicable for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
